Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In case of delay during shipment, we will keep you updated with information from the delivery company.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
In case the items are damaged during shipment process, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
In general, if you found any obvious damages or defects of item and consider to claim for refund, you may contact us within 4 weeks of your purchase through email: email@example.com . Please include the reason of refund and the description of the item defects in the email. Remember to keep the original package of the item. If the claim is successful, we will provide you a shipment address and do the refund. We would be responsible for all the fee incurred in shipment.
